The vessels use a composite Epoxy Glass Fibre with a honey comb core construction which are manufactured at our premises in Germany in large panels on a vacuum press using SP pre-preg.  This ensures accurate resin to glass ratio’s and uniformed strength and performance with in the panels.  Core thickness and material is varied to suit the application.

Fire proof resins can be used for engine bays and fire retardant bulk heads.

  The panels are then cut to suit the design of the vessel and bonded in using SP Spa Bond.
